Eligible business packages include a managed private domain email engine configured for your domain and tested before delivery. Hobby Website plans are website-only by default and do not include the dedicated email engine.
A clean technical score is not the same as guaranteed inbox placement. Reputation depends on outside factors, including IP history, domain history, message content, blacklist status, recipient engagement, and sending behavior.
If an assigned IP has reputation issues, replacement or remediation options may be quoted separately when available.
